Michael Savage
what the hell is up with Michael Savage and his tirade towards my man Obama? I guess he must feel that Obama will be planning on shutting him down with the "Fairness Doctrine"....which is fine, becuase his vitriol is ridiculous. Michael Savage loves to talk shit about just anything that he doesnt' like, which includes homosexuals, people on Welfare, and just about anything that's pretty much on a conservative slant. He says he's not a racist because he's Jewish, but who the fuck cares. You can Latino and be a racist against whites or blacks, it doesn't matter. I swear everytime people say the word racist, it is explained as a white male, but I've heard black and white girls talk shit about each other, do I think they're racist? Hmmmmmmmmmm. I don't know becuase I was fuckin' 'em so I'm a mysogynist by their standards, but hey. They have their opinion and that's fine. Michael Savage seems to have this political stance on which he's against both republicans AND democrats, but he usually sounds like he's against liberals, who, more than not, happen to be Democrats.
It seems to me that every conservative likes to talk about how Liberals never have answers for anything, but when the liberals come up with something, they're not happy with it. LOL. I find it laugable that they talk all day about how Obama's doing a bad job, yet can never come up with any solutions to the problems concerning the fucking economy.
To me they sound like the people they despise: Welfare receipients..........
and that is hilarious. I swear they complain and victimize themselves becuase theyr'e party's sucks ass and they're starting to die off like a bunch off Bison.
Most of these conservatives can't think on their own, so they repeat what He, Hannity, Limbaugh or even that other dumbass Cunningham say. Oh, yeah, include the local conservatives who love talking shit about Obama, but don't have the Office of the President as their address, nor have never run for any type of political Office.
and don't get me started on their War-mongering..........Most of these Mothafuckas are Chicken Hawks.

Finally, I'm my own business person
so I'm going to start up my own littel computer troubleshooting/repair servive type thing while I'm still in school. I have my business cards prepared and already bought so I'll be distributing them for a minute, but I have my business started since a couple of people already talk to me about working on their computers. I charge them less than the Geek Squad does over at Best Buy and I plan on "cornering the Market" so to speak without this damn state fucking around with me and taxing my ass to death. I'll see what happens, but I'm working on web desings so I can ACTUALLY design my own website, and then move on to other things. The best thing I've ever hear from my Portfolio Financial Advisers is Diversity, and that's what I'm going to do, I'm going to diversify my business as much as I can so I can a stakehold into everything I start up. there's boook out called, "All the Money In The World" and it described this one guy who's only goal and thrill was to start up a company and then abandon it to start up another one. I think I'm that type of person because I have alot of ideas and I tend get tired and move on(like my girlfriends, LOL) to better things(like better women, LOL) but I think I'm like that one guy I had read about because I can be intense when I'm focused on a venture, but then I lose my focus and I start growing a focuse for something else, I take my money and use my disposable income on that next venture, and I tend to be pretty successful, which is what I'm good at. so I'm hoping to make a splash with this idea, and then I'll leave it alone or expand upon it like Bill Gates has done.

I like the way this was brought about
Nero - Nero Burning ROM named after Nero burning Rome.
I always wondered about how they came up with the name for the company

Incompetence
You know what's worse than people who can't follow direction? People who don't have self-initiative!!. God, that's got to be the worst thing to be in this day and age. I have a co-worker who I swear doesn't know how to think on his own. I know he forgets how to certain duties becuase I'm doing them for him, but I tell myself if and when lay-offs come around, he'll be going anyways, so it doesn't bother me as much. But see this is the Thing: why in the world did he even get hired. He can't even perform regular maintenance duties without thinking twice or even calling me about what to do? and I know his pride might get in his way becuase he's older than me, but he has to face the fact that he's a slacker. He's never finished school other than High School and yet expects to get more money from his last position in which I was working at with him. Now in that other job, I took the position he had coveted so heavily, yet did nothing but act like he was entitled to it. I thought it was hilarious becuase he's such a slacker. I'd describe him as a dunce, because he doesn't know how to think and I think he likes to shirk responsibility. He doesn't do much to get himself promotee, and he can't think without having someone plant seeds of thought into his brain.
I personally think he's incompetent and I wish I was his supervisor, becuase I'd get rid of him. He contributes nothing to this department. Stupid fuck does the same things I do, yet acts as though his duties are different than mine. I personally don't care about this job, because I'm way younger than him and can find another job when I'm done with school. His problem is that this is the only job he has and if he gets laid off in this economy, he'll more than likely commit suicide or just be broke to all hell.
I can't tell you enough about his incompetence. Dude has no critical thinking skills to even speak of. Maybe it's because I'm very passionate when I talk about something, but I tend to make people lean my way. I'm a leader, I can't help it, it's in me, so whatever, but him? he's a follower. He'd be a perfect soldier in the armed forces because they usually don't know how to think. Yeah, yeah, yeah, they might be able to kick my ass but still can't think mentally. Every military person I've ever met were as dumb as a rock. They have no common sense and their way of thinking is like that of a child.

so Hard to say good bye
yeah, that's what people say, but sometimes I really think that I'm a sociopath because of the way I am with people. I rarely talk to anybody at work unless it's work-related, and I don't establish conversations with anybody at my job becuase they're all older than me, so I could care less about their lives. I don't think I could really care about someone getting into trouble if I was the cause of it becuase I don't really care what happens to them. it's not in my DNA to care.
I recently saw a couple of the chicks I had a crush on on Facebook, LOL. I swear to God every one of them got Fat as hell. My favorite crush even gained weight like you wouldn't believe. I have to wonder what happened to her. She was a church girl, and I never really gave that much notice, until I saw that photo of her. Wow, she got really big. like, damn. it's like they all thought they were so pretty that exercising wouldn't be a priority. Pretty pathetic to me, LOL

So I've gotten out of this forum that, to me, seemed pretty childish. Everytime I'd come up with a topic, everybody just wanted to give not-so-intelligent comments and that was so annoying when you're trying to talk with like-minded people. I've noticed that damn near everybody was pretty immature even though most of them were pretty much over 35. One particular chick was so damn I swear she must've been on her monthly or something. Not that I keep track of her rants, and the frequency of her going off as opposed to being nice, but damn, she was on a roll yesterday. I pretty much told them to shove their site where the sun don't shine, and left, I took my name off of the site becuase it's useless to even post on there. I don't really get emotional on there nor do I form any type of relationships with anybody online, but some people on there were actually doing that. The crazy thing was it was the same ten people on the same site. Nothing really exciting happened, so me going off was the bright spot on their mundane lives. I'd come up with more subjects that, becuase they are pretty much all black, don't really want to read about becuase to me, they seem like they don't read books or read at all. I'd come across something long-winded on there and I find out that neither of the people in there posted or even wrote it. They copied and pasted the topic at hand. At times I'd see something about Colin Powell sayin "I ain't gon' read that sh*t" and it just felt anti-condusive to me to even spend/waste time on there. They couldn't even come up witha slogan to keep them from going under traffic-wise. Nobody goes on there at all except the ten people that I can pretty much count on my hand.

the Inauguration
Needless to say, I did call in sick, because, well, I did feel like crap. I couldn't walk and my stomach was hurting like crazy. I wasn't going to work when I have sick time I can take. I saw the inauguration and I must say that I was impressed. I don't think I've ever paid attention to any inauguration. It's basically because I wasn't aware of politics since being young it tends to be boring and I wasn't concerned with what any President's policies were. But yesterday I was actually paying attention. I have to say that Bush leaving office was kind of sad. I mean, I never really disliked him because to me he seemed like an actual normal human being. He just didn't run the country right, which I can't blame him(unless I lose my job of course)because he wasn't involved in most of the things that happened. He just happened to not correct the dim-wits who were running the administration's reputation to the ground. I think he served as best as he could. I can't disrespect him. I have no Idea what Obama Administration will do, but whatever it is, can't be worse than the last administration.
On another note, I heard that the inauguration cost around $140 million. Now, I'm not complaining becuase had this country been a better country where all men were actually created equal instead of fostering racism....then MAYBE this inauguration wouldn't have cost so much money. I mean, I know that a large percent of the money had to go to the extra security that Obama needed and will need in the future, and I can't blame anybody else but the U.S. for creating this.
I swear it's like people don't get it sometimes. It's like they don't understand that he could get hurt or much worse had he not had all the extra security.

Mi Gente
this is something I picked up on my PR history.......
I love it to say the least, PRs are very passionate when it comes their history, it's all we've got
Puerto Rican migration to Chicago is actually a very unique migration, different from that of New York. It begins during the period corresponding with Puerto Rico changing political status from a colony to a commonwealth. This period between 1948 and 1950 is when Puerto Rico for the first time in its history has an elected government. What the transition really symbolized was Puerto Rico changing from a colony whose people were subjected to whoever, to the whim of the United States in terms of who the governor would be, to actually having some participation in a democracy where we would be able to elect town mayors and we would be able to elect a governor and a representative in the Congress (albeit a voice that doesn’t have a vote).
Political considerations aside regarding Puerto Rico’s national status, what we see in Chicago is a migration that is different from that of New York in that while New York the experience of the Puerto Rican who came to New York was of moving from a rural Puerto Rican town to an urban center in Puerto Rico, from the urban center in Puerto Rico to an urban center in the United States, the Puerto Rican migration to Chicago is quite different in that it represents the first migration of Puerto Riquenos that are coming from a rural to an urban center for the first time in their lives, and this time the urban center is in the United States not in Puerto Rico.
So you have some places in Puerto Rico that are rather large, for example San Juan, there’s a part, portion called Santurce, or Ponce which is another large town. These towns in Puerto Rico, these urban sectors, were a place where people learned how to deal with an urban environment, urban reality. The Puerto Ricans who came to Chicago were totally oblivious to any urban reality; this was their first urban reality. The Puerto Rican migration to Chicago is also a response to the employment opportunities in New York becoming saturated. So while you have Puerto Ricans coming directly from the island to Chicago from these rural parts you also have Puerto Ricans that are coming from New York to Chicago because again Chicago is seen as the place where there are employment opportunities.
Those employment opportunities were initially doing migrant work, and subsequently entering into some of the heavy industries that Chicago was very well known for such as steel and the pipe fitting industry in particular, the very initial migration of Puerto Ricans to Chicago were migrant workers, and in fact in an interview Mr. Jose “Cha Cha” Jimenez has done there is talk about the little tomateros – the tomato pickers. A lot of people don’t realize that Puerto Ricans in very much the same tradition as Mexicans have historically been migrant workers, and participation in migrant work was facilitated by collaboration between the US Department of Labor and the newly established Commonwealth Office, Commonwealth Government of Puerto Rico. They set up offices in various parts of the United States, in places such as New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Chicago. The purposes of these offices were to facilitate the transition of the Puerto Rican migrant from Puerto Rico to the United States.
